The charm of walking through the narrow streets of an ancient bazaar, in an enchanting oriental city, amidst the hubbub of merchants and the intense scent of exotic spices and incense. Your gaze is filled with the colour of saffron: warm and vibrant, tinged with orange like the stigmas of the flower from which it springs. A vibrant and energetic shade that infuses vitality and dynamism on the one hand, and comfort and warmth on the other. In an exotic charm that adds mystery.
Nabuck Saffron
Tanning and processing
Made on full-grain cowhides with a thickness of 1.4/1.6 mm., this item undergoes chrome tanning and processing, is dyed using pure aniline, and is finally preserved with waxes and oils for a glossy and natural finish. The aniline dyeing process is divided into two distinct phases, requiring a significantly longer duration than usual to impart transparency and a natural look to the leather. For precise technical choice, only raw hides from free-range animals are used, ensuring softness and fullness, accompanied by a very fine and delicate grain. Thus, this style of breeding requires accepting some scratches as signs of the animal's outdoor life.
Maintenance (BOX-N)
As for all nabucked leathers, the maintenance of this article doesn’t require particular cleaning techniques, but it is only limited to the constant and periodical use of a soft brush, in order to revive its surface. In addition to constant maintenance, when required, you can use the product given by purchase just on the most used parts; this product allows to restore leather’s water-resistance.
